UX Research & Reporting

Design is collaborative, and so is my approach to research. I work closely with multicultural and in-country teams, users, stakeholders, and customers using the most contextually relevant research methods. I’ve journeyed to over fifteen countries in Africa, Asia, and North America to conduct countless field visits, user interviews & observations, workshops, and other design activities. When I cannot visit the area where research is required, I’ve also virtually coached and supported designers who live there.
